Voting Restoration Amendment
We did it!!! Amendment 4 passed!
Florida was one of only three states that strip all individuals with past felony convictions of their civil rights, including their fundamental right to vote, even after completion of their sentences.
The Voting Restoration Amendment restores the voting rights of Floridians with felony convictions after they complete all terms of their sentence including parole or probation. The amendment does not apply to those convicted of murder or sexual offenses.
